Bloody Arm Rope Cap

Bloody Arm Rope Cap

The Bloody Arm flag flew over Goliad in December of 1835 to celebrate the signing of the Goliad Declaration of Independence, the first unofficial declaration of Texas independence. While it did not fly over either battles at Goliad, it did fly over Independence Hall when the official Declaration was signed on March 2, 1836.
