It means your gear will be made when you place your order so it will take a little bit longer to receive than you may be used to.

But worry not! We’ll keep you posted and your amazing Texas First gear will head to you ASAP.

That's the main reason why we don't charge for shipping!

We believe you'll absolutely love your gear and if not, don't worry, we guarantee it.

Please give us 14-21 days to get it to you even though many times it is quicker than that.

We sincerely thank you for your patience.

We believe you’ll absolutely love your gear but for any reason you aren't happy you can let us know and we’ll make it right.

While we hope you love your purchase we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out as we had hoped.

If for any reason that occurs, you may request a return or exchange within 15 days of the delivery date of the package to you (as indicated by the carrier’s tracking).

Returned goods must be delivered back to us in their original, unworn and unused condition with the original packing slip and in the original or similar packaging.

Returns or exchanges requested after 15 days of delivery date of the package to you as indicated by the carrier’s tracking will incur a 15% restocking fee.

We are unable to issue a refund until we have received and processed the item(s) in our office.

Please allow us up to 2 full business days for your return to be processed once received.

Returns sent without approval may be mailed back to you or charged a restocking fee of 25%.

If you elect to exchange your item for a more expensive item, you will be charged for the extra cost.

If you elect to exchange your item for a less expensive item, you will be issued store credit for the difference.
